6 weekly 1 hr sessions

Over the course of six weeks, we work together to develop your abilities and confidence in your abilities. The goal is to open you to seeing the possibilities you hold within you. Course work – no, play – varies depending on where you are at and what your focus and goals are. We can cover basic topics such as grounding, centering, shielding and protection, the chakras (there are more than 7), setting intention, developing and trusting your intuition, spirit guide connection, or more advanced topics.
