We are products of our families. But you are more than your genetics. Sure, you get that hair color from your maternal DNA and the nose from your paternal side. You are also the result of the culmination of experiences from your parents, grandparents, great-grandparents and so on.

Some fears can be based in past-life experiences, but maybe there are cycles of behavior or beliefs that originated several generations ago. That anger you have no idea what is the cause of could have been from an oppressed female relative. Or maybe there is a fear that started with a male from generations back. Even abuse can be carried through your family lineage.

Your DNA remembers. It has been programmed based on your family’s experience. Survival patterns are passed down from one generation to the next. “That’s the way we’ve always done it” is an outdated reason to carry on toxic patterns.

In a session, we work together to identify a pattern you wish to shift. Then, I connect with your spirit guides, ancestors, your higher self, to figure out the best course of action for your healing. Whether I explain the impact of an ancestor’s actions on you and that it is time to resolve their issue or we cut cords or gain an inner child’s trust, we go to where we need to to make things right for you.

As you are healing, you are helping your ancestors heal. Then, as your ancestors heal, you heal. The energy shift changes you – for the better.
